This property is unsafe. Someone attempted to bring in resident apartment with an AK47. It was just on fox 26 news 4-10-2025. They are not good with fixing things.

administration never calls back for any issue you submit. They charges parking fees 100$ per person even if you use one car which makes no sense at all

Mostly everything here takes a long time to be fixed or handled. The apartments are nice with good views but lacking in other areas. Walls are thin so hope that you don’t have noisy neighbors. If you are facing Cle, good luck getting peace and quiet Saturday and Sunday all throughout the warmer months. Doors/windows let in every noise.

It’s okay. I love the pool but it’s the only amenity I use. The gym is tiny for how many people live here - makes it hard to plan a workout. The area surrounding is unsafe & there is nothing to do. If I were to move to hou again I would live closer to bars and restaurants. Nothing here is open. My car had been broken into in the garage & the water/water pressure has been an issue for a full calendar year.

Frequent repairs on building but otherwise pleasant experience. The accommodations and amenities are spacious and tasteful. The staff is friendly. The dog park needs to be cleaned more often, but is conveniently located.
