I've been a resident here at Legacy Park for a couple of years and I've loved it. New management is upgrading our apartments in which I love. It makes our home look more modern.

When I looked at the apartment I was told that they would have someone to come and clean the apartment and they lied about new renovations door falling off the microwave put a towel on the rack and it fell off the wall

I left these apartments less than a month ago and now I am back to sleeping peacefully once again! The entire year we lived at Legacy Park was a nightmare!!!! NOISE all the time from loud neighbors and having extremely thin walls! AC giving out constantly. We had to buy some extra fans to keep a little cooler on the many days and nights our AC wasn’t working! We had MOLD in our bedroom which made us sneeze all the time! As soon as we walked out the door, the sneezing stopped. After we reported... it, maintenance sprayed it with primer. No surprise, mold came through the primer. Pet owners regularly leave their DOG POOP in the walkway! The WATER GETS SHUT OFF constantly because pipes are always bursting! Sometimes we would get notices on our door, a lot of times we wouldn’t!!! These apartments look decent on the outside but take it from someone who has lived there, paper thin walls, inconsiderate neighbors, and bad management will make you want to look for ways to end your lease sooner rather than later! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!

I have been living at Legacy Park for 2 years now, and have loved this place. It is a perfect location settled near the beltway in between 290 and 249. The apartments and location are well kept, maintenance is always quick and professional with any issues that might come up. The leasing office is also awesome! Marisela has been amazing, and is always ready to help and answer any questions. I would highly recommend Legacy Park.
