Me and my wife had been looking around to rent a place we had gotten tired of renting all bills paid and started enjoying downtown lofts and move complexes to enjoy a few years of living the apartment life between certain areas of downtown . Apparently , and this is true , there’s a restriction on how you make and we make way too much over 40k a year. Ridiculous never heard anything they should be thankful they have tenants to stay for the long run and relying on the misfortunate ones that can’t... make a month . We make together 90k and they denied our application and said go elsewhere.
Never I’m my entire life heard such a thing and we make 3x the rent have stable careers and want us to make 50k…. This is funny and I’m pretty sure some future tenants think this too.

Don’t move here
My mom was locked out of her apartment because the garage key stopped working and although they had someone on property they wouldn’t come and fix it. Said she had to wait until normal business hours because they told her not to lock her top lock when she first moved in. Which is a lie because she has been living here for over 10 years and the management have not even been in here that long! Don’t move somewhere where they don’t care about the people.
