I moved in a couple months ago from a house in the suburbs as I wanted fewer worries and to be closet to Downtown. The property itself is nice and has access to the Bayou; however, since moving the elevators are always down, which made moving my son out a nightmare as we live on the 3rd floor. We have also had to submit multiple work requests for the AC not cooling properly (currently around 85) leading to an AC bill of over $420, and an AC leak that soaked all closet items and damaged the floor... and wall trim.

I have lived here for about 2 years now and I still love it. It's quiet, peaceful, and the Jackson Hill community is helpful. The maintenance requests are easy to request and they complete the work in a timely manner. The location is amazing, easy to get around in the Heights. The neighbours are respectful. Sadly, the elevators are sometimes broken but it's all manageable. This is a great place to live in!

The location is excellent as it is easily accessible to the Bayou trails and near downtown without the headache that comes with living in downtown. The property is clean and the amenities are good. I just wish the garage elevator worked and I’m finding roaches in the apartment almost everyday.

GREAT management, beautiful location...close to major highways and great walking access to bayou bike/hike trails and a small neighborhood park. Short drive to Memorial Park, Heights area, Montrose and midtown. Quick and efficient with any maintance calls and really warm and friendly community for all age groups. Y'all come on down!
