And I absolutely love it! This is by far the top tier of locations in Houston to live at. Getting in and out are very easy and so close to literally everything! The community is beautiful and the leasing office and maintenance team are awesome. Highly recommend living here!

I’ve truly enjoyed living here. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like home. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help when something comes up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the common areas are kept clean and inviting. I appreciate how much effort is put into making residents feel valued and comfortable. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming community

Cockroaches. Maintenance doesn’t repair things properly. Takes months for your appliances to be fixed. Cars stolen and left on bricks. Desire the leasing office attendant and Jacob are unhelpful. Kari is never to be found. Security cameras get turned away during robberies. No parking. The list goes on and on and on.

So far Jackson Hill has been disappointing us in its response to our maintenance issue. It's been over a month. We need this resolved.
