I have to say It's been good so far. The only thing would be that sometimes there's some noise at the pool. But other than that is a good community.

For the most part, I still enjoy living at Hardy Yards, but I gave it 3 stars because they do NOT enforce the rules. This is supposed to be a NON-SMOKING community (inside and outside), yet people smoke cigarettes and Marijuana. I even provided a picture of someone smoking outside, and nothing was done. Also, some of the residents are very inconsiderate.

I’ve been a resident here for nearly four years, and unfortunately, I’ve observed a steady decline in the overall upkeep and management of the property. Management requests are often met with delays and typically require multiple follow-ups before any action is taken. The stairwells have had a persistent odor of urine for several months, with no apparent resolution. Probably wouldn't refer anyone here . The Rodents, the amenities either being worn out or out of commission is another for the rent price. And the parking is also terrible as well as the communication about leasing and everything else is terrible.
