This is a great community with top notch amenities. The building is home to working professionals and students that attend UH-Downtown. The Management and Maintenance team keep the public areas in great shape! Any maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and efficiently. Walking distance to three breweries and a two minute drive to downtown makes this location very convenient!

I’ve been living at Hardy Yards Apartments for a while now, and I truly love it here. The location is great — close to everything in downtown Houston but still quiet and peaceful. The building and grounds are always clean, and the amenities are well kept.

Overall experience is great. It was bumpy due to a noise disturbance but that issue had been resolved. I love the area and location. I am happy to be living here.

The apartments are unbelievable with the price point. All the managers in the leasing office go extra steps for you to make you feel comfortable.
