I love foundry, this is my second year here! Dina and Ileana are great to work with and are always listening to any concerns or comments I have to make sure they provide the best service. Usually if I put in a maintenance request in the evening they are there the next day in the morning/afternoon!

Great apartment complex in a great area. Prices have recently been starting to skyrocket way above comparable places in the area though so do your research first.

I truly enjoy living here at Foundry19th the property is clean, the leasing team is very kind and the area is superb. Easy to shop, eat and enjoy workouts outdoors.

Overall a good experience. When moving in the leasing team was helpful, however they were unable to provide a moving dolly when asked because ‘maintenance had left for the day’.

Really good area. Easy to get to HEB. Leasing office staff is not too organized. They manage two buildings and flip flop between both. Ball got dropped on a few things. APT was not move in ready.
