Melissa was very sweet and helped me get into my place. I moved from Chicago and I’ve been here for 4 months now. Moving from another state can obviously make the moving process harder but she made everything easier for me. She was communicative over phone and email. She was even off the day I moved in but still made sure my apartment packet was waiting for me and had someone assist me as well. it’s been very nice. Nothing luxury about this community Stained old appliances, my stove top was painted and looks like crap. My refrigerator leaks and I’ve submitted several request and it’s still not fixed. I’ve also reported inside of the refrigerator is missing parts. In the master bathroom the faucet is pilling, old and tarnished. There’s a roach problem and no one cleans the breeze ways or stairs they look a mess.

I had a tour with Melissa and received wonderful customer service with the ladies in the office. I am looking for a new apartment and this property left a very good impression with me. Would recommend.

Biggest complaint is the lack of speed bumps (destroyed and need repair). People regularly go 40+ through the parking lot and around corners, twice my family has almost been hit. I watched someone run their car into the gate because they didn’t live here and got sick of waiting for someone to open it. Most of the parking spots are reserved in an attempt to make you pay for them monthly. Most days I circle the entire complex 2-3 times to get a spot all the way across the apartments and then have... to carry my baby. No one keeps their dog on a leash and they are aggressive, overall too much going on to justify the prices. Read More
