Having lived and worked overseas, I love the walkable neighborhood, proximity to parks, shopping and restaurants near by. The staff and maintenance have been helpful and quick to respond to inquiries and requests. We're enjoying our new home and community.

The location, management staff, and maintenance staff are the best parts about living here. They are friendly and responsive to whatever you need. The issues I have are with the amenities and outdated appliances. Compared to some other apartments in this location the Arlo doesn’t compare. Things constantly breakdown (garage, door security, pool, etc) or don’t look as nice as other apartments.

Apartment complex is easy and good amenities. Move in process was a mess. Lots of miscommunication between office staff. I get told one thing and when I follow up it was either incorrect information or no one knows about it.

The sense of community here is excellent, the staff and management are very friendly and professional. The gym, pool and resident centre are top notch. We get to drink free coffee and hot chocolate 24/7.
