I liked what I saw and filled out the application, was approved in 24 hours! Got an email stating I need to go over the lease and all that jazz, which was supposed to be included in the email, but it was not! I called and left a message and no response 48 hrs later! What compounded this ordeal was the lack of communication and responsiveness from Seagrove Apartments’ management. Despite my attempts to reach out for assistance, there was a noticeable absence of urgency or proactive measures to address these pressing issues. Moreover, the management's compensation attempt—providing a $300 deduction after rent was due—felt like an afterthought and did not adequately address the inconvenience and distress caused by the month-long ordeal. WARNING: the value of these apartments have went down tremendously they are absolutely not worth the price at all!! Major problems with these apartments that they are not safe, the gates are broken multiple times throughout the year and the leasing office moves with no sense of urgency. Two cars were vandalized because the gates were broken and OPEN for an entire week and a half which led to two residents cars being vandalized! Although the office was noted of the problem it took two weeks to... get the gate fixed even AFTER residents stated safety concerns. In addition, although there are elevators they brake at minimum once a month and stay like that for an entire week which is unfortunate for those who are disabled and can’t get to or from their residence due to the issue of the elevators always breaking. Lastly, the delivery drivers in this area are so inconsiderate and will leave mail out letting thief’s have access to others packages. Don’t let the price of these apartments fool you they are absolutely not worth you, your children or your vehicle safety! Read More
