Great apartment in the Downtown area; nice public space with luxury lounges, kitchen, and swimming pool; all well-maintained. The staff are also very helpful. The room itself is big, with a high ceiling and a balcony; overall, a mostly positive experience.

Nice community but area around freight and regular elevators need cleaning. Hallway carpet needs addressing. Office staff is very pleasant to deal with and other areas of property are nice

Living at Eighteen25 Downtown has been such a great experience. The location is hard to beat—just minutes from the Museum District, Med Center, Montrose, and right in the heart of Houston’s downtown scene. But what really sets it apart is the office team. They’re genuinely friendly, always helpful, and offer the kind of customer service you don’t see often. If you’re looking to enjoy that true Downtown Houston lifestyle, I’d definitely recommend Eighteen25 Downtown Apartments.
