Currently under contract but Can’t wait for lease to be up. Better properties in this area. Packages are secure when delivered to mail room and security is on site after office is closed

Very clean and the staff was friendly. They offer a lot of perks and they have high ceilings concrete floors balconies and tall windows. Also they have symmetrical sinks. (Last place I lived in didn’t have those) it drove me INSANE.

Great love this place . Feel safe and entertained always . The staff is nice and understanding. Neighbors aren’t rude . They keep the place clean .

Staff has been attentive and supportive. Repairs have been fairly prompt, been here for couple months now and happy for far, glad I chose living here.

honestly I rlly like Eighteen25 Downtown. Their concierge service actually does service and if you service request something, they get it fixed in at most 5 business days.
Their amenities are really good and leasing office people are all friendly and communicative. (They are really bad at answering calls, but they reply really fast via email.)
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is when I first moved in the bathroom sink gave a weird smell and shower head was broken. I feel like they should've... had them fixed before I moved in. Also, when moving in, I had to delay my move in date because there was a system error and I wasn't able to get the room that I wanted. Thankfully, there was another room available with the same plan. But, that means their system and communications were really bad.
So, just keep in mind you will really have a hard time processing your application online. But, once it gets approved, you will love the community :)
