This is a nice place to stay for the short term. However, the fire alarm going off unexpectedly and the elevator frequently being out of service can be frustrating and sometimes make living here inconvenient. I also wish communication were more consistent, especially through email. At times, notices are sent out late, which can cause unnecessary inconvenience.
That said, the staff does a good job of making residents feel welcome by hosting community events and bringing food vendors to the... property, which is a nice touch. Overall, it's a decent place for a short-term stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience better.

it’s amazing, i love the pool, the people that work there it’s super friendly, work orders are one very fast, the gym ands the yoga room are top tier. i really recommend this place.

Nie place to live mostly quiet and in a very convenient location everything I need I can find it near by, most of maintenance is great just a couple areas of improvement with the roll doors and the main elevator

The Domain is a really nice place to live. Most of the time, it's quiet, peaceful, and clean.
Most of the hallways are clean, and maintenance requests are handled quickly.
Like any place, there's room for improvement. It would be great if they added a kids' play area separate from the pool. Also, while the fire alarm is obviously for safety, it gets annoying when it goes off too often. But overall, it's a good place to live

Been here six years and it’s okay. It’s a place to live. I don’t like they keep increasing the rent when there hasn’t been much change to my apartment. I started dealing with mold in my closet which I’m not sure if it’s the actual apartment or my bathroom next to my closet. Using DampRid helps.
