It’s good even though rent prices here are higher than other parts of the area. We will see if they continue raising prices and that will determine if we continue to live here or not

We love living here and enjoy the community. The only downside is the fire alarm, which keeps going off too often and can be annoying. But it’s a great place overall.

I was impressed from the very first minutes by how easy it was to schedule a tour and how clear and user-friendly the application website was. Each step of the process was followed up by email and the leasing manager Alexia was always available and responsive. The move-in process was extremely smooth and comfortable and the apartment was perfectly clean. The common areas always look neat and well maintained and I see the staff taking great care of the property every day.

I’m going into year 3 and so far all of my experiences have been great. The staff is great! Maintenance is great! Maintenance calls are responded to quickly. I really enjoy living here.
