I really enjoy living here — the building is clean, safe, and now has a new technology for access, which makes everything very convenient. The common areas are well maintained, and overall it’s a comfortable place to live. The only issue is that the fire alarm goes off quite often, which can be a little disruptive. Other than that, everything has been great.

It’s been great so far! Appreciate the upgrades to the complex. Maintenance has always been quick for me. False fire alarms were going off for a week but that has been resolved and hasn’t been an issue since.

When I came home last night (07/02 10:00 pm)someone vehicle was parked in my reserve parking space (I have the picture to proof).
The next morning( 07/03 08:30 am), I went to check and try to move back my car to my reserve parking. Another vehicle park in my reserve spot, and that vehicle not even has a resident permit (I have the picture to proof).
A lot of time I seen a lot of non resident park at resident floors(I have the pictures to proof).
Please take action on this matter seriously.... Not just sent out email notice to residents, because the invaild parking people might not even living here. Please do some real action like towing or lock the tire, they have to pay the penalty to unlock the tire.
This is extremely influence our actual residents parking problem.
