Domain City Centre used to be a good place to stay but over the time and because of bad strategy form Top Management the conditions have gone down and no proper maintenance is made. That makes daily life more and more difficult and at the end we do not have the expected services in regards to the rental price paid.

This is a lovely apartment development, with a Leasing office staff who do excellent work and support the community as best they can. The maintenance team is world-class. However, the building owners appear unwilling to spend money on equipment repair and replacement, currently 3 of the 4 elevators, including the one sole freight elevator, are all out of service. Several of them for excessive periods of time.

Over the past 3 years living here, I have truly enjoyed being part of this apartment community and area. Like any property, there have been occasional maintenance issues, elevator outages, or temporary pool closures from time to time, but overall, my experience has been very positive.
The atmosphere, convenience, and sense of community have made this feel like home for me. My personal experience has been good. I’m thankful for a place that has provided comfort, stability, and a pleasant... living environment for me over these past few years.
