The only positive point with Domain at City Centre is the location, but for the rest the residence itself is disappointing and apartment rent is too expensive for what you have. Bad general maintenance, low quality and outdated equipment inside apartments, lack of control on security access, and more...

hidden monthly fees!!!
Beware of monthly hidden fees: $120 for use of the business center or use of the outdoor patio. These things would normally be considered part of rent but here you will have to pay extra.

Unresponsive mgt, safety concerns not addressed of 30+ residents
The location and amenities are great but management has not responded to several serious issues and removes reviews of residents.
List shared with management
- No power, no running water, pitch black hallways and staircases due to emergency/backup lights only running 90min- 2 hours during May outage (~68 hours). Garage gate open, exterior doors unlocked - management waited to increase patrol hours, and even then, entrances weren’t being guarded/controlled. Poor communication; residents told to... get water from pool and won’t give specific response to requests like “will management bring in a temporary generator during the next outage?” Building next door (Ascent) brought in a generator for their residents
- ?no running water during first 10 hours of Beryl outage
- ?pools closed numerous extended times during summer. Main pool too frequently appears green
- ?elevators malfunctioning often or down for prolonged periods of time
- ?security patrol has disappeared as of at least 8/20. No warning or proactive communication from mgmt; no direct response to residents’ question “what happened to security?”
- ?A/C in cardio room not functioning numerous times for days on end throughout the summer. TVs in common areas not functioning for months on end
- ?no management-hosted events since Halloween party - no seasonal signature events (holiday party, summer party); no mixers
- ?general poor management - basic supplies out of stock for weeks sometimes, eg no milk for coffee/latte machine, no wipes for gym
