I been living here for 7 months so far so good. Love my location add view, maintenance men are very friendly and fast, office team very polite.

I Love the location next to City Center without paying the high cost. The maintenance is very fast most my request have been addressed the same day. The rooftop pool is a plus for my teen daughter, office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed after my move. It was good for the 1st two months but offlate things have gone terribly wrong here.
1. Security concerns- Atleast 8 cars have been broken into in the past 4 weeks, that’s 2/week atleast. The management doesn’t care nor are they doing anything about it inspite of raising this issue, multiple times.
2. Pests issue - I see roaches and rats running in my apartment and had to call pest control to fix it
3. The back gate has been broken for months
4. The fobs at the... security gates donot work, so anyone can enter the building, especially through the garage
5.Parcels gets stolen from your door.
I am moving out the day my lease ends !! And this same sentiment is shared by most residents here. Think twice before moving in to this complex

The apartment itself is fairly nice and the amenities would be nice. The pool is closed more than its open and don't dare ask the office about it or you will get a nasty reply and get hung up on. The gym would be nice but is often dirty and out of supplies. Parking garage is nice because you can park on your own floor and the elevator is broken a couple times a year. Location is nice and one lady (Kathy) in the office is nice. If you want to use amenities or expect good customer service, this is... not the place for you.

Yes i went in with my husband on Saturday and walked three units with the temp, and she was polite and was very helpful when answering questions. she was very knowledgeable, we were wanting to move in immediately and she explain the process to us and let us know that the manager was not available on weekends, but she would communicate the urgency with wanting to move with mgr. Ruby and Lynn they both did a great job with getting the process going. they both pushed the effort and we will be... moving in soon. the property was everything we wanted and more the gym blow us away.
