Overall it really isnt a bad place to live. Yes they have a roach problem. I think spraying is a waste of time and resources. They should have that brown gel readily available to treat apartments on a regular schedule. That is the onky way to keep the roaches at bay. Spraying just brings them out sedated.

I have had a wonderful experience living at Circle at Point Park. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team is always helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

This issue has been going on since 7/19/2026 and frankly I am appalled at how this issue is being handled. I have submitted written requests, phone requests, and in person requests to have my AC issue address and have not heard a word regarding the status of this. My apartment has been fluctuating between 80-86 degrees during the day and will only cool down at night. No one will provide me any update or return my phone calls regarding this issue. I have gone as far as to purchase additional... standing fans for my apartment to help with the issue but it will not. I do not know what more I can do to get a little courtesy from the management staff and get updates or solutions on how to resolve my malfunctioning AC during the hottest month of the year.
