My Experience at Casa Del Mar - WOW!!

I've had a great experience living at Casa Del Mar Apartments. The office staff are always very nice, friendly, and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. The maintenance team has been doing an excellent job getting our maintenance requests completed quickly, which is something I really appreciate.

The grounds are always super clean and well maintained. I recently saw the manager and the maintenance team out front planting new flowers and taking pride in the appearance of the... property. It's clear they genuinely care about keeping the community looking its best, and it really shows. I highly recommend Casa Del Mar Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live.

Amazing Staff/Beautiful Property

The property is absolutely stunning, the grounds are well maintained and taken care off, maintenance is always walking around and making sure everything is working property, the staff is very kind and super helpful - they always communicate with us and are out walking property and know all of their residents.

We had a great Visit

We visited this complex and the folks there were so nice and helpful. Even with it being hot they were there to offer us refreshments to cool off and still toured us in the heat. They were so nice. We will be leasing here to call this our new home tomorrow.

The Team is Amazing

The property is really improving. The office staff is kind, knowledgeable and super helpful. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff is fast and efficient. The property is older but they put a lot of time and attention to keeping it maintained. The prices are reasonable for this area.
