I have lived at Broadstone Vintage Park for a year now (08/01/2024 - 09/02/2025) and could not say enough great things. Catherine, the leasing agent has been wonderful in answering my emails and promptly helping me with any requests i have ever had. The community and even the surrounding community is clean and well kept. My building, (bldg 1) was quite and peaceful with no problems. One of the things that impressed me the most was how quick and diligent the maintenance men were with my requests.... I didn't have very many, clogged up drains, AC was acting up, and replacing my smoke alarm but each request was followed with some form of communication to coordinate my availability and within 24 hours my service request was taken care of. All of the amenities are wonderful and clean, the people are friendly, and the park being next door is a HUGE plus if you have dogs or are active. It is not very often when you find an apartment that you feel peaceful and safe at and that is exactly how I have felt for the last year. I would renew my lease over and over if I didn't prioritize getting my dog a backyard. Thank you Catherine and Broadstone Vintage Park.

'Staff works continually to keep the property clean and service the needs of the residents. 'Great amenities. Easily accessible to the salons, cleaners, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers gas stations, various places to go for family activities (games, bowling, arcades, etc.). The Vintage is a very clean and quiet area.

We have been here nearly since the opening. Changing of office staff since but I so appreciate the maintaining of care of the apartment complex. It is not easy but the maintenance team work together.
