Such a beautiful community. My move-in process was made super easy by the amazing staff here.

I would not recommend living at this apartment community.

During my time here, I experienced several ongoing issues:

Poor construction and pest problems. I regularly dealt with ants, millipedes, and spiders inside my apartment, and I occasionally saw snakes in the common areas. Residents are charged for pest control, but despite working from home, my apartment was never treated while I lived there.

Very little sound insulation.The ceilings are extremely thin, and noise from upstairs neighbors... , especially heavy footsteps, was a daily occurrence.

Train traffic. Freight trains run on both sides of the property, and there were times when trains blocked both exits, making it impossible to leave until they passed.

Serious moisture and mold concerns. I reported excessive moisture in my apartment in July, but the issue was not addressed in a timely manner. I requested a transfer because of the condition of the unit, and it took approximately four months to resolve. During that time, I developed persistent headaches and breathing problems. I also had to throw away multiple pairs of shoes, clothing, and books because they were damaged by mold and mildew. I was not reimbursed for any of these losses.

After moving out, I received charges for cleaning, paint touch-ups, and a month-to-month premium. I dispute these charges. I vacated the apartment before my lease ended, and I have dated photos and videos showing the condition of the apartment at move-out, including that it was clean and that there was no damage requiring painting.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property or its management. Because I believe the unresolved moisture issues present a potential health concern, I have also decided to file a complaint with the appropriate local health authorities for review. Read More

This is a great place to live! The amenities are splendid and the staff are even better. I am super excited to start year 2 here!

New apartment building, good community and neighborhood. Would have preferred a bigger gym that would be slightly more equipped. The trains are passing very frequently, a lot of noise and vibration at night.

The staff here are very nice and professional.
