I love the area. Its a little rough crossing over highway but you are directly in middle of everything. I love how there's a parking garage. And security nightly.

I really tried to be patient before leaving this review because I understand that things happen and I try to give grace. However, I moved into my apartment on Friday and the A/C was not working. Since move-in, the temperature inside has stayed around 74–76 degrees.
Maintenance came on Saturday and said the unit was clogged and that it was fixed. On Sunday, maintenance returned and the apartment was still around 75 degrees, I was told a part needed to be ordered to resolve the issue. I... understood and was patient.
On Monday I was then informed that another part needed to be ordered. By Tuesday after going to the rental office myself, I was told that maintenance had completely forgotten about my issue and would come by that day.
I’m honestly disappointed because I did not expect to move into a warm apartment, especially after paying to move in. It’s been frustrating waking up sweating every night, and I feel this situation should have been handled more urgently.

It's quiet also peaceful. Love that we have a security guard. I get off late at night also work early morning. Makes me feel safe.parking garage is also great to have especially when it rains.
