The apartments were very nice, well kept and quiet when I first moved in. Now I’m dealing with nasty trash chutes and trash all over the parking lot. People are hitting cars, speeding, fighting in common areas, beat up abandoned cars are taking up parking spaces etc. it’s a lot and it appears that anyone is allowed to move in now. I viewed this community a lot differently in 2023.

The office staff are friendly however they need better way to communicate in a timely manner. I love the maintenance staff. The lawn staff could be better. I like the security guard however he should be around more often especially in the morning.

So far so good ! Really loving the space. I can’t wait to really shop for my new space , enjoy the view over the pool and work out in the fitness area

I have stayed here for several years and it keeps getting better and better. Currently under new management and so far they have been very proactive with the community and events. Can’t wait to see what’s to come.

This apartment complex is nice and clean. The neighbors and staff are friendly. The amenities are great and it’s close to restaurants, supermarkets and downtown
