My experience as a resident has been great overall. The community is well-maintained, the staff are responsive and friendly, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly. I especially appreciate the quiet environment and the amenities provided. It’s been a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

Hallways stink due to garbage portal and dog waste. Not always promptly cleaned. Needs a better system for garbage. Clean and mop out garbage areas frequently to cut back on odor.

I love living in this apartment complex. It’s close to memorial mall, the galleria, downtown, and restaurants. It’s also very peaceful here. The amenities are great
