Let me start about recently finding out our mailboxes are broken into daily. I only discovered this after talking with the postal office regarding a missing package. The leasing office never informed us of this ongoing problem and from what I was told by the lovely postal service worker, they don’t care. Why would you not inform your residents of a vein being committed here or at advising them to have their mail held at the post office. Honestly, 0 stars should be an option for this place. I... had to resort to staying here because there was limited availability at other apartment communities and I did feel like it was nice after viewing the model. However a model is exactly what it is a, a facade that hides the underlying issue. I couldn’t even move my things in, despite paying rent, because the roach infestation was ridiculous. They were everywhere:the living room, kitchen, my bedroom and the bathroom. The apartment had a pungent smell, not to mention stains were in the carpet that should’ve been completely replaced. And don’t even get me started on the fact no housekeeping was done in the unit the floors were still dirty and bugs were all in the carpet. When I brought the issue to their attention, can you guess the great idea they came up with? Replacing the carpet when there was still an infestation instead of waiting until pest control came. Guess the same genius who gave the apartment the gold star for move in was the same nitwit who thought to change out the carpet and let roaches run amok in the new carpet. was told they would do a treatment and housekeeping would clean the place however I stopped by twice and the appliances were pushed out and roaches were still everywhere. So that means I had to push back moving again and that has been two weeks since I picked up my keys and set up the electricity. Also I was told that routine pest control was done for the buildings, however I only saw pest control once. And that was when they lied to the leasing office that I refused treatment for an apartment that so desperately needed it. Mind you I have a ring door camera so telling a tale that will only get proven wrong isn’t worth the effort Please, let me emphasize this, don’t make the mistake I did with living here I regret every single day and counting the months till I can escape from here. So the customer service is amazing! One person working there named Daisy I believe is just so helpful and such a nice person. She deserves a raise or something! But all in all just perfect place to live and perfect people taking care of it.

Folks in the office are great. Abby is the greatest. Nice location and a great place to call home.

I love this place!! This is a very nice clean quiet property. I can't wait to be a resident on this property!!! I also loved working with Abby in the office. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able ro answer every question I had. I'm confident that I have made the right choice!!
