My mother is a resident here and all four wheels to her car were stolen two days ago. Search the reviews for this property, and you will find this is a common occurrence. When she filed a police report, the police officer confirmed they have been to this property many times for similar incidents. There are major security problems at this location. In particular, the motorized access gate does not work so it is being left open for any non-resident to enter. Management confirmed that this was the... case when my mother's wheels were stolen. Even though this keeps happening, management has not hired any additional security or made any meaningful changes to make this property safer.

I recently visited Birchway Perry Rd and I absolutely loved the community. The friendly staff, which showed me around and answered all my questions. I loved the stainless steel appliances and the gas stove. The community was well kept and they have a 24 hour gym. I will definitely be calling this my home.

I have really enjoyed living here! Leasing office is friendly and responsive and the building is always clean and well-maintained. The amenities are top notch. The location is convenient and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

I was assisted by Chanteria and she was the bomb.com haha. She helped me with everything with 0 hesitation! I had issues with the app and she completed it for me on her end, I needed help finding apartments and she literally took her time to send me quotes on it all! Just off of meeting her I feel so comfortable moving into this apartment complex!
