Great location and good amenities just wish the interior was cleaner (hallway carpets, stairwells full of dog hair, trash cans left in the hallway). I do like that they are active with the residents via events.

Nice units and the area is near a lot to do. Depending on where your unit is, noise from businesses nearby may bother. Didn’t bother me as much because I liked hearing some of the live bands. Sometimes it sounds like street racing going on. It seems to take forever to get responses and follow ups back from the office through email at times. I’d say if you never need the office for anything, it’s not a bad place to live.

I absolutely love living here! My apartment is in a quiet part of the complex with minimal foot traffic, which makes it perfect for me. One of my favorite perks is being right across from Kiss Restaurant — sitting on my patio in the evenings and listening to their live music has become one of my favorite ways to unwind.

I also enjoy the art galleries just across the street. Every third and fourth Saturday, they open their doors for public events, giving you the chance to discover new artists... and even add to your personal collection.

And honestly, the highlight for me is having Cheba Hut and The Baked Cakery nearby. The people there are amazing, and I love being able to just step outside and be part of all the fun and community vibes they bring every day. Read More

Great property and staff. Amenities are fabulous. If anything ever goes wrong, they’re always quick to fix it within the 24 hours. Danny our leasing agent. Always willing to go above and beyond he made the process super easy when we first moved here.

I have had a great time living here yet my neighbors are horrible. They play loud music or have the tv full volume till 12 sometimes later in the night. I have tried multiple times to ask them to keep it down yet they keep doing it later on. I am not happy with that fact.
