Extremely disappointing and unsafe. We’ve experienced a stolen license plate, two vehicle break-ins, a stolen bike, poor security, filthy common areas, pests, and dismissive management.

I'm really enjoying living here so far. It's incredibly quiet, and everyone in the leasing office has been so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. My only complaints are that the garage and the trash chute areas could use a thorough cleaning or pressure washing.

Art house is a very professional and peaceful community, very dog, friendly, and the apartments are renovated well. Everything is up-to-date and the spaces are very accommodating to any type of need. My favorite space has been the gym as it is a state of the art facility with lots of space and any equipment you can think of to get great workouts in at the convenience of your home.
