I have had such a great moving experience here so far with Alexan River Oaks! This is my first move & having Lexi as my leasing agent has made the entire process a breeze! She is incredible with communication and quick with responding! Thank you guys so much I’m so glad I chose this complex as my first home :)

Overall a great place to live! Nice and clean amenities, nice and helpful staff, great location. The only con is the walls can be thin and you can hear your neighbors some.

Love the location and concierge service until 10 pm. Location is great and love having Central Market nearby. The units are spacious and great features.

Maintenance is 5 stars!! There have been some changes in the management and that is hindering the overall score. Maintenance is quick, efficient and friendly. That is my favorite thing about this apartment building!!

Amenities are really nice but you are mostly paying for that and the location. It is a nice area to live in and the building does cool community events.
