I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment so far. The staff are always polite, responsive, and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance.

The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and have a beautiful, modern design that makes the space feel comfortable and welcoming. I especially appreciate the trash pickup service—it’s very convenient and makes daily life much easier.

The location is also excellent, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants, and the overall... environment feels safe and quiet.

Alexan River Oaks is a great place to live - very good location, very safe, great staff, great amenities. Please be aware, walls are THIN. You will hear heavy neighbors walking above you, music playing next to you, and dogs barking around you (but usually not all at once).
