I moved in back in late March of 2025. So far it's been great living here. Most of the time, is fairly quiet. My neighbors have been welcoming since day one. Personally rent is on the pricy side, but it has been manageable ever since they contracted with Flex to where I can split the rent in two payments. Otherwise, I would rate it a five. Thank you!

Living in this apartment complex has been a fantastic experience! The community is friendly, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team is incredibly responsive and always ready to help, making everything from maintenance requests to general inquiries a breeze. The amenities are a huge plus—there's a clean fitness center, a relaxing pool, and even a dog park for pet lovers. I especially appreciate the security and peace of mind that come with living here. My apartment is spacious with... modern finishes, lots of natural light, and a great balcony view. The location is also super convenient—close to shopping, dining, and public transportation. I’ve truly enjoyed calling this place home and feel lucky to be part of such a welcoming community. If you're looking for a comfortable, safe, and vibrant place to live, I highly recommend this complex!

The community is great. Office staff is responsive and friendly. Great amenities, apartment is well laid out and has all appliances we could need. Maintenance is responsive as well, and normal maintenance is consistent
