We’ve been residents here for three years and couldn’t be more satisfied. The office staff is very friendly, they know who we are and what apartment we live in. The maintenance crew are great, they are all friendly and work quickly to fix any issues we have from changing the outside entry light when it burned out, to bringing a new refrigerator the same day ours died. Discovered black mold when trying to adjust an air vent in the bedroom that had been painted over. They also paint over the bathroom sink and bathtub. Whenever the neighbor cooks the smell gets so intense my clothes, bedding and bedroom are covered in the stench. The unit was not vacuumed prior to my moving in. Filled the vacuume twice with hair. Area is very loud around the pool with people blasting music and kids screaming well into the evening. Vehicle gates are usually broken. Maintenance... doesn't clean up after themselves.
