Siento que con el cambio de propietarios afecto lo de mantenimiento ahora tardan en arreglar las cosas tengo tiempo pidiendo que me arreglen mi estufa o me la cambien y dicen que no aprueban esos cambios

All is well except response on important maintenance request too over a week instead of 1 day- toilet leak. Also the office has had difficulties getting signed lease entered due to their new software. They are on top of it trying to get it resolved and has kept us informed.
Aside from these two issues everything has been great.

I live here 14 years
I have never had a problem paying rent BUT t the office is starting new programs to pay rent
I have been here 14 h years this month but having some issues with my phone so office said this month ONLY pay with cashiers check which I will go and get tomorrow from my bank
I am in need of someone contacting me regretting some issues I am having with office personal

It’s nice and quiet place to live. The ladies in the office are very nice and friendly great staff also the maintenance guys. Very chill on the weekends and in the evenings.

My experience was this is a consequence of the companies that own them. They buy a complex, do as little improvement as possible but enough to advertise higher rents (new leasing office with a coffee machine! New package lockers!). Then they get a bunch of people to sign leases at "discounted" rents (e g. 1st months free!) so they can show higher occupancy before they offload it to another company to do the same. "Luxury" is their sales pitch but most of these places are just putting lipstick on... a pig.
