Great leasing and maintenance teams, multiple pools maintained year around is a big plus to me, recent improvements show care, quiet community. Sometimes there are loud pool parties, but appreciate prompt strict controls in place not to become just another community with unusable pool and common use areas due to these disruptions. The same for trash chute rooms as people are people and often don’t care to comply but appreciate enforcement to keep the rooms clean. It is treated as true living... community with more mature and professional tenants.

First week in, the things I asked for to be fixed prior to move in were not addressed. I haven't gotten an update from the office but I hope its not something that will drag on once I bring it up to the leasing office again. The apartment was not well cleaned nor painted. Otherwise, 5 days in and its okay so far
