It’s been great. The apartments themselves are beautiful and very clean. Everyone has been cordial and helpful. This is my first rental in over a decade and it has been a smooth transition.

My experience at 2900 W. Dallas has been pleasant. The property has a great staff, beautiful landscaping, and is quiet and clean. It is truly a delight to live here.

Really love the building and the location. Facilities are very nice and staff are all
Very friendly. The neighborhood is loud at night with cars reving engines so exterior units are a little louder

The apartment community is located in the heart of Buffalo Bayou park. This makes for a nice location for outdoor activities like running, biking, or even just nightly strolls. Not to mention the great staff who is always more than happy to assist in any way possible
