Love it here!! The staff really is a perk of living here. I always enjoy chatting with them when I have to pick up a package or have a question about my lease, and they host fun events to make the community more homey.
The parcel/package room is also a convenient addition within the last year and a half, and the gym is well-suited to my fitness preferences. Honestly, I never have any problems living here, so highly recommend!

The apartment is in the heart of Buffalo Bayou. This makes it an easy walk to a beautiful park and a great way to get out and enjoy the city. If you choose to bike, Buffalo Bayou can take you to adjacent Bayous leading you all over the city. In addition to its easy access to parks, the complex is next door to a Whole Foods which is an amazing convenience. 2900 W Dallas is also convenient to get into Downtown or, surprisingly, to the Galleria area via Memorial Drive. The staff are always... attentive and friendly. They are also quick to help resolve any issues that may come up with the unit or the complex.
