I see visible improvements w cleaning updates what was obvious neglect of the corporate. Garage pressure washing is another very welcome addition along w lighting improvement since it looked like an abandoned building w grease black build up in corners n with dim lighting. Leasing mngr n maintenance make up for any shortcomings n do excellent job w day to day upkeep but if Graystar doesn’t continue to provide regular upkeep major improvements, the aging community can fall behind very soon... . Kudos to the community team for caring & professionalism as they truly make this community livable. More support for security as it is becoming serious concern w/o assigned law enforcement on-site and patrolling or even any kind of security is very odd for any Houston apartment complex. Plus, excuses of increased crime activity and general stats can go so far as every community should have proper security mechanisms and surveillance 24/7 in place to at least have minimum security measures in 2026.

Super friendly staff, great care of residents and overall building maintenance. Would love to see common areas cleaned more often (hallway carpets?)... and residents with unused bikes could move them out of parking garage where they look like stolen/damaged items left behind :(
