This property is very well maintained. I did a tour and you can tell that the staff puts a lot of time and effort in the upkeep. One of the best properties I have taken a tour of since searching for a place.

Stopped by the apartment and was very impressed, bedrooms are extremely big and the amenities are awesome. The office staff was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile

The rent is decent, but I experienced several issues from the start—difficulties with the application/portal setup, parking, and the unit not being fully move-in ready (trash and hair left behind). Safety was also a concern with no patio door security bar or fire extinguisher initially, though that was later addressed.

So far, the experience has not been fulfilling. Upon entering my apartment, remnants of the previous tenant had been in place such as hair in the kitchen sink, trash in the bin, and other products left in the bathroom cabinets. Security issues such as a lack of security bar on the sliding door was also an issue. I do understand that these are apartments, as I have lived in other apartments around the area for the last decade, however, out of every complex that I’ve lived in, these walls seem to... be the thinnest. I can literally hear my next door neighbor cough and breathe. My upstairs neighbors have also had ongoing floor stomping battles in which I’ve called to complain, and yet they continue. The area in front of my patio constantly contains dog droppings, despite having a station to pick up their droppings right next to the entry/exit. Overall, I regret moving to this location and I believe there are better apartment complexes in the area for the price. Read More
