I would like to express my concern regarding the handling of a recent maintenance request.
Unfortunately, the response was not timely. I had to make several follow-up phone calls over the course of several days requesting assistance, and it was not until the fourth day that a maintenance technician arrived. During that time, my kitchen sink remained filled with dirty standing water, nearly overflowing, and produced a very unpleasant odor, creating an unsanitary condition. While... I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, I believe the response time was unreasonably long for a problem of this nature.
Additionally, I am concerned that the fire extinguishers were removed from the building several weeks ago and have still not been replaced. This creates a potential safety risk for all residents, as we would not have immediate access to a fire extinguisher in the event of an emergency.
I kindly request that the management take the necessary steps to improve response times for maintenance requests and ensure that the fire extinguishers are replaced as soon as possible.

I truly enjoyed living here at The Preserve. Its convenient location near grocery stores and the airport made life easier.
