The apartments are quality built and quite nice. Office staff is very courteous and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled promptly by courteous competent staff.
Parking is a bit tough.
They are expensive. The rent goes up each time and it is impossible to predict the renewal rate until it is too late. After living here for 6 years, my rent is well above the rate shown on the property website. I’ll stay as long as I can afford it.

I’ve had a great experience with The Preserve Apartments. From the beginning, the management team has been responsive, professional, and truly accommodating. Anytime I had an issue, they went above and beyond to make it right. Every concern I brought to them was addressed quickly and thoroughly, and they made sure everything was fully resolved—not just temporarily patched.
A special thank you to Val, who stayed after hours to ensure I received my apartment keys and helped get everything... set up within just 2 days. That level of dedication and customer service really stood out to me and made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free.
It’s clear they genuinely care about their residents and take pride in maintaining the property. Maintenance was prompt, respectful, and efficient. Communication was consistent, and I always felt heard.
I truly appreciate the extra effort they put in to make sure everything was handled properly. That kind of service makes a big difference. I would definitely recommend The Preserve Apartments to anyone looking for a place where management truly stands behind their commitment to their residents.
