The lack of sound proofing is actually insane. I don’t understand why I can hear every single word my neighbors say. Maintenance and amenities are great, but not worth hearing neighbors conversations 24/7.

I’m not as pleased as I was when I moved in. Things have changed some since then and I feel more like the people are second to rules and regulations in the compound. I know there must be some rules due to the largeness of the place and people. However, there are more rules for relatively small items (called nit picking) and missing some of the larger ones. For instance, the security gate is closed every day unless it’s broken. I understand it should be closed when there is no one in the... office or it’s closed. Most of us grumble about it being closed during the day. It gets to be a problem when it’s always closed. It certainly didn’t stop someone trying to break in to my apartment. The crimes are more often than not, within the walls.
