I moved to this community because it was marketed as family-friendly, but I’ve been incredibly disappointed by the behavior of one of the on-site staff members, Danny. On multiple occasions, I witnessed conduct that was not only highly unprofessional but also inappropriate for a place where families and children live and gather.
From inappropriate and explicit behavior in the pool during family hours to openly talking about drug use in the clubhouse, I was shocked to see this coming from a... staff member who represents the face of the property. It’s extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about the management’s hiring practices and oversight.
I truly hope the management takes this seriously and prioritizes the safety and integrity of the community especially for the families who live here and expect a safe environment.

People are going to fast thru the gate and not patiently waiting for it to open completely. There needs to be more tables in the clubroom for cards, boardgames, or sitting when events are held there. Seating is very limited.

I love it here so far! It's quiet and the amenities are great. I've been here a couple of weeks now and the only issue I've had is a lack of communication from the leasing office receiving move-in specials and some confusion on all the apps and systems necessary during move-in.
