We have been here since April 7, 2026 and could not be any happier with our experience thus far. The living, amenities, grounds and just the calm quietness has been absolutely amazing. Coming from an older apartment community in the front of Sienna where you heard everything and everybody this has been heavenly. Not to mention the management and maintenance are outstanding.

As a professional in the multifamily industry, I have a high standard for property management, and I can confidently say that Preserve at Highway 6 exceeds them. Rayne is incredibly knowledgeable about the community, and Megan’s customer service is truly top-tier—I’m so glad she’s on-site! Jackie is a standout for her follow-up and dedication; she consistently goes above and beyond. I also appreciate Susan’s leadership style; she is always positive and never hesitates to dive in and help the... team. Plus, the grounds are kept immaculate, which makes coming home a total pleasure.
