Everyone in the apartment community has been nice and helpful. The property is beautiful and clean, and there were no issues when moving in. The maintenance team has been fast at responding to work orders and they are very nice.

Community is really nice. I wish they would enforce people picking up their dog’s messes. Amenities are really nice and maintenance is quick to get to you. They just don’t give you a heads up when they’re coming.

I have already written a review about Modera Walsh before, and at this time, the apartment complex is still a great place to live! The management continue to maintain high standards for the community and stay on top of maintenance issues, as well as other issues that arise. They are very communicative of things that are going on in the community, both good and bad, via email updates. The rent is still affordable and fair, which is a big plus. With how things currently are, I will happily... continue to stay at Modera Walsh!
