Overall the apartment complex is great but we have only been here for two days. The whole complex is well maintained. There is plenty of parking and easy access to public areas.

The girls were wonderful and able to answer all of my questions. They made the process easy and enjoyable. Anytime we wanted to see the apartment or view the amenities they were happy to let us. I highly recommend Modera!

It has been a lovely place to live.

Although, the more people move in, the less parking spots available, and the more poop people don't pick up after their dogs.

But over all, we do like our home and the amenities!

I just wanted to share my experience moving into Modera Walsh Apartments — and honestly, it’s been really great so far!
Coming from living in a house, downsizing, and stepping into a new chapter as an empty nester, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how much I love it here. My apartment is so quiet, and I feel completely safe.
I’m especially loving all the cabinet space, my large closet, and just how comfortable everything feels.
The whole transition has been... smooth, and the community has made it even better.
I’m really happy with my decision to make Modera Walsh my new home!

pool patrons can be a little obnoxious, as someone with a pool facing balcony.
