The service is so amazing here! Our dogs locked us out of our apartment. Marissa and Aleece helped us in the most cost effective way, and offered us a glass of wine. We love it here!!

As one of the longtime residents of Modera Walsh (having secured our apartment here shortly after the complex opened in August 2023), we happily just signed our second lease renewal since we have loved living here these past few years! Modera Walsh strives to keep its residents happy in all aspects of apartment living. First and foremost for us, Modera Walsh has kept itself affordable. Our first lease renewal had no rent increase, and this second renewal has what we think is a reasonable rent... increase. This was a big factor in our decision to continue staying here, along with knowing that Modera Walsh will continue to provide high apartment living standards for a fair price. As part of their commitment to high living standards, their maintencance team does an excellent job at promptly responding to maintenance requests and getting things repaired. The office staff has superb communication with keeping the residents updated regarding community issues. We highly recommend living here!

My fiance and I have loved living at Modera Walsh. It has beautiful, modern homes with a big focus on community. Marissa and Ash have been a huge help in finding the perfect place for us.

We really enjoy living at Modera Walsh. The location is very convenient and everything is just a short drive away. The pool, gym, and shared spaces are beautiful and very well maintained.
The only thing we feel the community could improve is adding a space for children. There are quite a few families with kids here, but there isn’t a playground or designated area where they can play and get to know each other. Having something like that would make the community even better for families.
Overall,... it’s been a wonderful place to live. We love it here and truly appreciate the peaceful and comfortable environment.
