Good experience so far, unfortunately during my move an elevator was down so I was unable to reserve the elevator as originally discussed. However, I do understand the reasoning for that. Also, gym equipment could be updated.

It’s been pretty bad. Long list of problems. Hard to get someone to even talk to you let alone actually resolve a problem. Constantly pushed aside like maybe if we just ignore him long enough he’ll quit asking. Virtually nothing done to make residents feel better about any of the problems they’ve experienced

I like Ardan when elevators run. I think an HOA fee and an amenity fee randomly being added is insane considering 0 improvements were made since moving in 2 years ago

Regarding the HOA and amenity fees mentioned, these are not randomly added charges, but standard fees outlined in the lease agreement and community disclosures. These fees support the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of shared community features, services, and amenities for all residents.
