I have lived at the Ardan for a year and have no complaints. The amenities are great, the staff is quick to respond, especially maintenance, and the community is respectful overall. I feel safe, and we have excellent security. I have lived in other places in the West Village and have been disappointed, but not this complex. If anything, you get what you paid for.

Poor building upkeep, poor management. Elevators are constantly out and management provides constant excuses why various amenities are always out of order. Would not recommend living here. Disgusting odors permeate through the apartment homes and lobby as well
