Will be nice when security is fixed and renovations are complete
Not enough parking forces multiple residents every night to find street parking or pay $20 in the next door garage(there are 50+ unused reserved spots that you can’t park in or you will be towed. They cost $75 per month and management refuses to make more of them open parking for residents). Parking garage gate and door is broken 1-2 times per month and every single time it happens there are car break-ins with smashed windows. The breakins also happen 1-2 times per month on the street parking... where you will wake up to see a giant row of smashed glass in the ground. My car has been broken into twice in the past 6 months. Once in the garage and once on the street outside when the garage was full.
Apartment renovations make it so loud that you can’t hear yourself on a phone call(makes working remote nearly impossible). They will tell you during your tour that the renovations are almost done but that is a lie. They will take at least another 1-2 years to complete. The building frame is made entirely of concrete so every single hour of the day you can hear an apartment getting renovated 5 floors away on the other side of the building. This is almost every single day of the week. They only renovate once people don’t re-sign their lease so this staggers the timeline and could make it another 2 years before some people move out allowing for their unit to be renovated.

CONSTRUCTION + UNLIVABLE NOISE
From the day I moved in there has been CONSTANT construction above 80 decibels. They are jackhammering tile, removing flooring, and doing other heavy renovations to units that make it unlivable especially if you work from home. This is coupled with the elevators always being used by construction crew, dirty hallways, and noise that will make you leave your unit. Management tells you to deal with it if you bring up concern. Also, unless you pay for reserved parking, you must park before 7pm or... you will not have a reasonable spot. There are plenty of better options in the uptown area!

The construction you’re referencing is part of a larger improvement plan to upgrade the... property and enhance the long-term living experience for residents. That said, we understand that the noise and temporary inconveniences associated with renovations, especially for those working from home, can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption this has caused.

Amazing location & stellar renovations
Remi has undergone a complete makeover that truly compliments, the buildings incredible location. The direct trail access makes dog life a dream. My favorite amenity is the provisions store. Not having to leave to grab everyday necessities is a game changer!

This place is AMAZING
We are soooo happy at Skye of Turtle Creek! The apartment is very large, in great shape, and has an amazing view! The pool AND jacuzzi are like new and their are BBQ's and a great workout gym. The maintenance staff are also great. We turned in 3 minor maintenance requests and all were responded to almost immediately! And there is always someone cleaning everyday. And the staff are so friendly and accessible. There is even a concierge! Dakari and Shara are awesome! Sooo happy we found... this place and highly recommend it!

Facilities team
This facilities team(Junior, Ivan, Alfredo and Juan) has been very efficient in responding to service requests. Any required repair activity has been quickly and accurately completed. They are friendly and have been very helpful in answering questions. Their work is greatly appreciated.
