Trinity is super sweet she is always ready to assist even when she is alone in the office I am still made to feel like a priority.
There are a lot of apartments around here to choose from but all of the staff here from maintenance to management makes this feel like home. They have so much involvement and activities that keeps us engaging and having fun. I love where we live!

Pros and Cons
Pros: Centralized Heating & Cooling Cons: Property staff is not nearly as friendly or helpful after you sign your lease. Cheaply built property. You can hear conversations from your upstairs neighbors. Property management allows a towing company to have free rein over the property. Therefore, if you like to UberEats, there is a good chance you will have to meet them near the leasing office, or they will get towed. (I’ve also seen someone moving in getting towed.) The property is located near a... creek/ large body of water; therefore, there will be times you will see waterbugs because it is their natural habitat. Unless you pay $100 a month for parking, you will most likely end up parking on the 4th or top floor of the parking garage.

Amazing Experience
I have rented at allot of apartment complexes and I have to say that this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I needed an apartment ASAP and Stephanie the Leasing professional set everything up super quick and even answered my million rapid fire questions. She was very professional and the apartment complex is stunning.
