Everything about this apartment complex is the best. From the maintenance team, to the leasing team, the resident events they host, it feels like the perfect place to call home. I am a current resident at The Luxe at Mercer crossing, all I can say is that I am pleased with how engaging and active the community is. From resident events to the beautiful luxurious amenities such as a gym and pool plus a volleyball court everything is great. They do resident events twice per month, you’ll feel like home here not just another apartments. Special shout out to Joseph from the Leasing office.

Recently sold my home and had to downsize after my divorce. The customer service here is what really sold me on this place alone- starting at the top from th manager who made it a point to come out and meet me on my move in day and ask if I had any questions, down to my leasing agent who was extremely informative and always responsive, even after my move in. Leaving a housing development to an apartment is a complete flip, and I have to say this was the best adjustment I could ask for. I toured... every property on Mercer crossing and between towers, wren, mansions, Mercer 1900c and Elara - the luxe specifically stands out. Halls are clean and fresh, landscaping is kept the way I did when I owned my home, and the amenities and tidiness is top tier. The maintenance has been on point and extremely quick for all my concerns since being here. I gave it about 3 months before writing a review to make sure it wasn’t a pipe dream, but they are very clear with the guidelines, way less strict than a HOA, but they prioritize their residents and make sure they get what they pay for. Highly recommend, especially if looking for a ton of space like a house but without having to deal with owning or poor property management groups. Looking forward to being here for the long term
