6/4 i reached out to them regarding them charging me for insurance i already have. this was accompanied with my declaration twice. no reply until i call. i go in person and jesse request that i send my declaration page again. this is now the third copy they have of the same document. i was advised the issue would be resolved in a week. it’s now 7/13 and not only have i not gotten my money back, i was charged again for the month of july. they go back and forth making up excuses like they’re... waiting on corporate or the third party to get back to them then all of a sudden, the third party is out of the office and it’s no longer a corporate issue. this was after the 4th of july so not sure what the whole third party could be out for on a random thursday. i don’t get any updates unless i call and speak to a leasing agent like evan or jazmin who are also not very helpful but will say anything to get you off the phone. they will also come up with the ridiculous lie that they don’t see all the emails you send except they reply only after i tell them im coming in. they stop replying when i request the contact information to corporate. how convenient. The place looks beautiful as do many so I was more interested in how the staff and community feels. The leasing agents Jazmine and Katrina helped me on different occasion and they were both wonderful. The gym/pool area are some of the best I've seen and the neighborhood is what really sold me. Its cool to see actual people and families just walking and jogging every day out by the lake across the street. I know apartments can have issues at times (especially coming from down town Dallas living )... So I've seen my share of dirty, loud, and unpleasant atmospheres. This was definitely not that so I took a chance and I've been here 6 years now. From a 2 bedroom to now a 4 bedroom I really appreciate my time here. One of my favorite things about living at The Towers at Mercer Crossing Apartments is the amazing staff. Everyone has always been friendly, welcoming, and quick to help whenever I've had a question or needed assistance. It's clear they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in the community. I also love the location! It's incredibly convenient and close to everything I need, including shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and major highways. It makes everyday life so much easier.... I have truly enjoyed living at The Towers at Mercer Crossing Apartments. The property is beautiful, and the apartments are incredibly spacious. They did an amazing job with the floor plans. The tall ceilings and extra-tall doors make my home feel even more open and inviting. It's a comfortable, modern place to live, and I'm so happy I decided to move here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment community!
