If you’re considering moving into Luxe Prosper in McKinney, think twice. On the surface, the apartments look beautiful, but living here has been a nightmare. The management and office staff are rude, unprofessional, and will harass you over the smallest things. They allow neighbors to make constant, irrational noise complaints without any proof and seem to take pleasure in creating unnecessary conflict instead of resolving issues fairly.
They also misrepresent fees and overcharge residents,... telling you one thing and then billing you for something completely different. When you try to get answers, expect dismissive and disrespectful responses from the leasing office.
The community itself is far from “luxury.” The units are infested with bugs—you’ll deal with ants, spiders, and other pests both inside and outside your apartment. And if you’re uncomfortable with wildlife, beware: snakes are a regular occurrence, especially in the evenings. I encountered them almost nightly in my backyard area.
Between the dishonest management, pest problems, and constant tension with staff and neighbors, this complex is absolutely not worth the money or the stress. There are far better options in McKinney where you’ll be treated with respect and can actually enjoy where you live.

This place isn't luxurious unless you consider roaches to be a luxury.
