Nice Community!

If you are looking for an excellent community to be apart of Avenue 900 is the place to be. Carly, Skylar and Justin make you feel at home from the moment you tour the property and maintaince is amazing, you never have to wait long for things to be handled. Truly enjoy living here.

Great quiet place to live. Community is quiet and clean. The staff was great and professional. Easy to apply and move. I got approved same day and moved in same day. Amenities are great and great location. Lower rent than most places for the things you can get here.

If you are looking for immaculate apartments and town-homes, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a safe place to live with some decent amenities and great accessibility to roads and highways, currently that describes Avenue 900 but I cannot speak for the future. Staff are nice and attentive but corporate needs to step off and stay in their lane.
