Regarding the pool, it is... professionally inspected twice each year and has consistently passed all inspections. In addition, our maintenance team checks and logs the pool's pH levels daily to help ensure a safe environment for residents.
We have not received reports from residents regarding safety concerns with the fitness center, and all equipment is regularly maintained and kept in working order. However, if you have noticed a specific issue, we would like to hear more about it so we can address it appropriately.
As for the entry gates, occasional malfunctions can occur when vehicles accidentally strike them, which may damage the gate mechanisms and sometimes require repairs by a specialized vendor. While we keep the gates closed after office hours, they are designed as limited-access gates rather than security gates. Their purpose is to help control entry and exit to the community, but they do not provide security.
