Just moved in last week after being assisted by the amazing leasing agent Mercedes. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property and even though I had a short term move-in date she helped me get it all set up the following day and even get to lease signing! These apartments are very luxurious and new, the pool here is one of the best I’ve seen in the area for an apartment complex and they have some really great floor plans to choose from as well. I’m excited for my next year here at Alta... Monarch Crossing and I can’t wait to see more people moving into this beautiful place! 10/10 I would recommend anyone looking for a new apartment in the area to give this place a look!

As a new resident, my leasing and move-in experience has been great! Mercedes and Natalie have answered all my questions and assisted as needed. Hector from maintenance was very responsive in fixing a whistling noise coming from the a/c unit.
