THE DYLAN is a wonderful place to live for a single person such as myself. Although - there are families and fur-babies living here as well - I find no issues concerning either of them.
I haven't begun to use the emenities yet but the pool and surroundings are always so crispy-clean and the water's so appealing and clear.
The Property Managers are "fire" and very kind to the tenants as well as patient and welcoming to every.
Trying to get them on the phone can be a bit laboring sometimes... because they are walking the property with potential residents. However - they are only a few footsteps and an elevator ride away - from where you live.
The Maintenance Team is helpful and has completed all of my Emergency Work Orders - successfully.
I am waiting for an item though that has been on back-order for a couple of weeks but they've continued to keep me informed that the item is on it's way.
Probably - due to issues with new tariffs - in my opinion.
OVER-ALL - I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE LIVING CONDITIONS - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - MAINTENANCE TEAM AND "QUALITY OF LIFE" HERE AT "THE DYLAN" APARTMENTS.

Such a great place to live!
Ever since I moved in a year ago, it has been great living here. Management is always on top of things and the neighbors are so nice and quiet I hardly ever hear anything; it's as if I'm the only one in the building. Plan on staying here for an extended time and bringing over my friends!

I don't think anyone should live here. The property is deteriorating, property management does not manage the property well, and maintenance only patches things.
