Worst place to live / horrible leasing office staff
HEALTH HAZARD PLACE!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! you have been warned!!!
1 - with the exception of one person, everyone at the Leasing office does not care about the residence. Specially, the manager and the regional manager, but it’s understandable. They only make minimum wage and they don’t care. 2 - the units are full of roaches, and the carpet is full of bacteria. 3 - they will steal your money lie to you and never sent or fulfill your maintenance requests. 4 - try to open your AC unit closet,... is disgustingly dirty. 5 - the age of vent, full of mold, and you can get sick and go to the hospital and no one will help you.

I’m a new resident here at Manchester State Thomas! I love it here! I love the community! The property is beautiful and well maintained. I love my townhome. The staff is wonderful and the maintenance crew is exceptional!

Terrible Place
Mgmt is terrible. If you ever need something, the front office will respond to your needs in approximately... never. Terrible communication and quality. We've definitely lived here too long. It just keeps getting worse.

Another major source of irritation is the inferior A/C units you install. They certainly are not energy efficient. Their quality is sub-par.
