I just moved into Interurban in March and am so happy with my apartment. The leasing team is super friendly, responsive, and helpful. Hailey and Ray are great at what they do and really make sure that you have the options and things that you need.
Regarding the building, there are tons of pros. Parking garage is awesome (big, easy to navigate, always open spots for residents), free Cowboys Fit membership, and newly installed fiber wifi. Everything is really clean, and they even put fresh... flowers out every week. My apartment was cleaned by a team and they did a great job, and Ray ensured to fix all of my requests before move-in. Love the location as well, and there are constant security guards around, so I feel very safe 24/7.

Love living here. Management got really great this last year and now you get a free gym membership. Love this building.
Around some great restaurants and coffee shops and has the cool downtown feel.
