Alara is a perfect place to live if you appreciate quiet living, upscale features, nice amenities, and a mail center that is safe and easy to access 24/7. Staff is top-level Ritz Carlton quality and residents take pride in living here, myself included.

This is a well-built building (built like a high rise) but has only 5 floors which makes it easy to access your apartment or exist when elevator does not work. It has excellent amenities including washer and dryer in each apartment and very important for me hardwood flooring instead of carpeting. None of the amenities in my apartment broke down in the past 6 years. Every apartment has a balcony, and you get your own parking place in a secure parking garage below. My studio apartment is also well... positioned near the elevator, stairs, garbage chute and yet noise is not the problem from these features. There is also free Wi-Fi now in common places. Week points are the elevators that break down a few times a year, false fire alarms. Overall, it is hard to find a better apartment to rent. That is why I have been here for at least 6 years.
