I like living here. The location is great! This community is located on a quiet street with a small neighborhood feel to it, while being right in the middle of everything. The property is well maintained. The management team are friendly, helpful and recognize you and say hello when out in the neighborhood. The people who live around me are nice.

The staff and surrounding community are amazing. You’re close to the heart of downtown but still have the quietness of peace. A very walkable area with so many restaurants, workout facilities and activities to do. My favorite thing is the roof top view. A resident of 3 years and I’d highly recommend

I would NOT recommend moving into this property. You will only be shown the nicer areas of the building. The maintenance staff will not clean your apartment before you move in and there will be issues that they don’t ACTUALLY resolve. The location is convenient and the views are amazing but it is not worth the stress and frustration that comes with living at this property.
