Living at Yardly Cypress has been a great experience. The single-story homes give a sense of privacy, and the amenities are well maintained. Move-in was ok a little confusion on how to open the door and setting up everything on the phone and while a little more parking would make things perfect, overall it’s a comfortable, quiet, and stylish community to call home.

The community is beautiful. I love having an individual home without the “home” responsibilities. The staff is also very friendly. It feels like a small family here as you get to know more and more people. It’s quiet and definitely a place I’d recommend.

Overall 10/10! Had an issue with my electricity box and Jessi (maintance supervisor) was quick and knowledgeable! Fixed it within 10 min! Yardley has a gem in their hands!
