These homes for rent are great! The floor plan makes it feel just like home and the yards are a plus. Our only issue with the home when moving in we have found pests of sorts. We have of course reported this issue and requested pest control for this problem but the on-site pest control is not working for us. We have requested pest control service and the guy that comes does a subpar job, only doing a few areas and leaving. This is not what we are paying for and we essentially unacceptable.

Overall, I’m pretty happy here. My only real complaints are all the bugs, the rocks in the backyard, the callbox seems to always be out of order (yet we can’t open the gate for guests or deliveries ourselves when it’s down), there should be a callbox at the back gate too, since that’s where directions take a lot of people to, and lastly, why does only the right gate open when you let someone in? If you live on the left side, like me, people shouldn’t have to drive all the way around the complex... to get to us.

I’ve been living at Yardly and, overall, I truly enjoy my home. The layout is great, and one of my favorite aspects is the peace and quiet of the community. The maintenance team is also very responsive. They’re always quick to address any issues when I reach out, which I really appreciate.
