Great place to live
The office staff here is wonderful...Madonna, Stephanie and Brianna. They are always friendly and helpful. Madonna, the manager, helped us with a situation and we really appreciated her assistance. Great place and great people.

Terrible experience
The manager maddona is the ruddest person i've ever met, she will ask you to call her just so she can yell at you and there are so many bad reviews of her everywhere and no one is taking action. All they care about it money, money and money, they will charge $75 if you leave 2 bags of trash outside even after they cancel trash pick up for a week, they wont fix any of the doors so basically no security, they even sent an email asking us to look for our packages cause they are most likely getting... stolen. Also they ask you to take picture of other neighbors just so they can fine them for any stupid reason. MAKE YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT STAY IN THESE APARTMENTS

Going down..
The property is in a nice spot. It is convenient for things. I am on my second year living here and I have watched the property start to go down. It seems like all areas not around the pool are neglected. Flowerbeds are non-existent, even before the winter storm....now what was there is just dead and brown. You can see all the hoses in the flower beds bc there is no mulch left anywhere. There is trash and dog poop in so many spots. It is really gross. I see trash or dog poop every time I walk... outside and drive into the property. Also there is mold and algae starting to grow on the buildings all over outside and paint is all chipping off. It is really sad bc it was a beautiful property. Very disappointing.
