Stay away
Living at St. Marin has been a nightmare. Management is unhelpful, and maintenance takes forever to fix anything. We spent the entire summer without AC, the guest bathroom tub was in horrible condition, and a pipe leaks into the master shower.
I’ve had maintenance requests open for over a month with zero updates, yet rent reminders always come right on time. It’s clear this place cares more about collecting money than taking care of residents.
I honestly hope no one ever has to live here and... go through what we did.

I love my apartment and the complex. It does seem to me that the office staff may potentially be understaffed or overwhelmed with their work load as the communication, clarity, etc are lacking for sure. I’m sure there is a reason for that- potentially poor management or just having too much on their plate in general? Not sure, just speculating. Hopefully that will be sorted for their own well being and for the clarity of the residents.

This community is very clean and peaceful, and I really enjoy living here. The green spaces are wonderful. I reported a small issue and the team came immediately to fix it. We are very happy here—it feels very family-friendly and welcoming.
