Not worthy.
Rent you pay for these standards no not really worthy.
It is high time renovate the building. Water leaks everywhere..
Don’t pull customers as classic apartment .. which means too old and many problems..

My experience at St. Marin has been disappointing. The apartment was not move-in ready on the scheduled date, resulting in delays and additional frustration. I was charged for days when I could not fully occupy the unit, encountered billing discrepancies, and have continued to experience maintenance issues, including problems with the toilets. While the property has potential, I believe there is significant room for improvement in move-in preparation, communication, customer service, and timely... resolution of resident concerns.
