Really nice homes, and the management and maintenance staff seal the deal. Neighborhood is quiet, and everyone in the office goes out of their way to help. So glad to call Village at Caney Mills home.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Kayla Morvant. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly takes the time to make sure you understand every step of the leasing process. Kayla answered all of our questions thoroughly, never made us feel rushed, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right place. Her professionalism, combined with her warm and friendly personality, made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. My Family moved here over a year ago, and I absolutely love this neighborhood, the staff works very hard to keep it neat. This neighborhood is very diverse and I have the best neighbors. There are a lot of kids in this neighborhood if you are looking for a family oriented place to live this is your place, it is nice, peaceful and if you need anything the staff is awesome here especially if you call and ask for Kayla!
