I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the community is generally quiet and peaceful. The staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the overall property is kept in good condition. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

My son moved in and what we were shown was not what we got. The kitchen is in terrible condition. Kitchen from the 80’s and they just keep painting over everything. Cabinets were cracked, some had no hinges, countertops were all very old and chipped. Bathrooms were old and dirty.
The apartment was dirty and not ready. There was a washing machine just sitting I the living room like we were supposed to install it ourselves. They said that the apartment was under new management and was newly... renovated but not our building. You can pay for upgrades and those were obviously the newer apartments but they did not tell us that the apartment we were getting was old and not renovated yet. Really disappointed in the maintenance crew. They were very disorganized and running all over the place saying that apartments were missing furniture. The management office didn’t send out any move in emails where you document things wrong with your apartment till a week after we moved in.

Move in process was very difficult, information regarding move-in time slot was not sent out properly. Did not receive any emails about move in from the jane on things like a move in check list or things to bring.

Some apartments weren’t ready to be moved into with on going issues but they got on the issues pretty quick but I just think they needa be more ready for move in days

08/17/2026 The apartment had mold under the kitchen sink, insect and roach droppings, a bathtub drain clogged with hair and paint, and floors covered in dust and debris. The bedroom carpet was filthy, full of dust, dirt, and hair. It was clear the unit had not been cleaned or inspected before move-in.
On top of that, the entire move-in process was very unorganized. Everyone had to stand outside for 1½ hours in 100-degree Texas heat just to pick up keys. After finally receiving them, I spent... another 45 minutes in the leasing office reporting all the issues. The staff member taking notes was not helpful — she only said she was “taking and sending out notes” and couldn’t tell me when anything would be fixed.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. The unit was not move-in ready, the conditions were unsanitary, and management provided no clear support or resolution. I strongly recommend that future residents inspect their actual unit thoroughly before committing. Read More
