Mostly great. Old building so it's expected that not everything's in pristine condition, but not a big deal. Really friendly staff and management.

Great location near campus and for students!
Great location, great price, and well maintained facilities and units. Maintenance will come the next day to fix any problems you have and are super nice! Staff are very professional and welcoming to me! The prices are affordable and being close to campus is a big perk!

Stadium view is a great place to live. Is very close to the university so you can get to the campus by walking. Also the stadium is very close and the REC center. Great place for students.

Excellent! I truly enjoyed my stay in stadium view. Big shout out to property and lease managers and ofcourse whole team! They do their best to make their tenants to feel good and yes tenants experience this as well! I recommend these apartments and wish this is going to be stand out as ''must try'' units and top chosen in college station!
