Crossing Place is ok if you're alright with just a bed and kitchen/living room area. Otherwise best to look elsewhere. The maintenance is speedy and offers decent service but only if you're insistent. Also, there are issues they cover or paint over. The nails poke out and cabinets are poorly constructed. There is also a cockroach infestation/issue, and they are resistant to sprays (at least they're small and don't fly...). This place is nice if you manage to coordinate staying with friends... though, made the place seem like home but a bit shabby.

It’s not been bad- can’t complain much because it’s a really cheap apartment. One problem though is that I cost me more money (rent increased) by a lot when I renewed my lease compared to if I had made a new lease

Roaches and Mold Maintenance came and sprayed raid behind our fridge for our roach issue, there was no follow up and roaches continue to roam our apartment. We have had a mold issue for the past three months, only resolved after intense pestering (we still do not have vent covers for any of our vents). Leasing agents are sweet as well as maintenance crew, but responses between residents and management is nonexistent. I was told to contact our property manager for questions about relocating, he... left me out of the discussion and has not responded to follow-up questions. Very disrespectful and disheartening from a property I used to really enjoyed.
