Quest is a deeply disappointing experience, priced for premium living but built with the cheapest materials possible. The walls and floors are paper-thin; you will hear everything your neighbors are doing—and I mean everything. The internal doors are all spring-loaded and slam with a shocking impact, meaning you hear a constant, jarring BANG every time someone comes or goes. This is not a peaceful home; it's a glorified noise chamber. The non-stop false fire alarms are a public safety joke. They... go off multiple times a month creating a "cry wolf" scenario. The last one was Sunday morning at 2 am on 10/26/25. The management seems unable or unwilling to fix the sensitive sensors, and residents now rightfully ignore them, creating a dangerous situation for everyone. The elevators have been broken for over a month. We booked the clubhouse for our event apending over $300 sent to greystar just so that we were forced to walk all the way to the other side of the building for the elevators.

Last month my husband and I were looking for a smaller apartment. A coworker told me she lives at Quest apartments. She told me to go and see the place. She told me nothing but great things about Quest. When my husband and I got there, Jennifer greeted us. She was very kind and patient with us. She gave us what we were looking for. I felt bad calling her with questions, but she understood and was attentive to our needs. I am glad to say that we move in December.
I was added to the resident app... and as I was scrolling and looking through it I am very happy to be a part of the Quest community. Our dog will love this place.
